Can it be? 16 Months!

Another month has flown by! Maren is back in daycare full time and is having a lot of fun with her little friends. She walks into daycare now like a big girl. Speaking of....she's been walking for a while now, but we had yet to get video of it. Below is a quick one of her outside. This is where she would spend every waking moment if we let her. She's still chattering away and has been liking to play chase since Grandma taught her this past week. Izzy is still her favorite buddy of all and I like to think I come in a close second!

Maren stole my sandwich (ok I was done with it) and managed to eat quite a lot of it.

She is 15 mos now and weighed in at a petite 20 lbs, 2 oz at her appt. She is finally walking and still chattering up a storm. I can't believe my summer is coming to an end already and I will be without her during the day again. Boo.

Updates on Summer Happenings

My goodness, if the internet isn't hooked up at my house soon, I'm likely to explode. But the coffee shop has been a nice break. Ok, not really. I don't drink coffee and get nauseous with the smell by the time I leave.

We made it through the move and are enjoying the new house (except the no internet part)!

Here's what Maren has been up to since I last posted.

Maren really WOULD get in her pool fully clothed after dinner...I told her Daddy, but he didn't believe me.

Izzy likes to cool off in the pool too.

But Maren enjoys playing in Izzy's bed, so it is an even trade.

Maren nawed on her first corn on the cob. She was quite skilled.

Friends

Maren had a playdate with 3 other friends last week! Jayce, Emerson, Maren, and Harlow. Aren't the so cute? At least their eyes are open and *almost* looking at the camera!

Ok, am I missing something??? Yep. I forgot the camera in Iowa, so I am waiting on pictures I/we took with sister-in-law Kristin's camera. Hoping they come soon! We spent some time at the beach, watched fireworks, ate lots of food, celebrated lots of birthdays, saw the Smalls and went to the aquarium! Pics coming soon! I just couldn't stand not blogging.
