Ben says it looks like a fixer-upper. I think it looks great. Don't bother planting grass for awhile--Maren would love playing in the mud!

Congratulations! Grass??? It's over-rated. It grows, we mow, it grows again. Just a word of warning though....no grass, guess who will be the first to let Maren play in the mud. GRANDPA! A little siding would be nice though. Love you all. Grandma K
